Shipping & Returns


  1. The products are shipped to countries all around the world using DHL.
  2. You bear the shipping cost and respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
  3. We aim to ship goods no later than 3 business days. However, we have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
  4. We are not responsible for any delays in your receiving your order and we advise that you track your parcel’s journey using the tracking number provided on the DHL website.
  5. Shipping and return postage will be paid by the customer, with customers outside the EU also responsible for all duties.
  6. Parcels not received due to failure of customs clearance by the customer will be returned to us at your own cost, customers are responsible for all customs and duties charges.
  7. Exchanges must be sent to the same country where shipped from (Estonia) to avoid customs charges, when shipping to a new country the customer will be responsible for all customs charges and duties. 
  8. We are not responsible for changing customs service times, this is down to the country of entry.
  9. Once we have shipped the order and have provided the customer with tracking information, we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses, once marked as delivered we are not responsible for any packages stolen from the front porches or safe places.
  10. We are also not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return their items using a tracked postal service and notify us at with the tracking information.
  11. All timings are given as quotes and are not guaranteed due to changing services in delivery providers
  12. We ship from Estonia. You are responsible for clearing the duties and taxes no matter the destination. Stock requests can be made by contacting



  1. If you would like to exchange or return your order for any reason, you can do so in exchange for a refund.
  2. You have 14 days to let us know about returning the package in its original packaging with original tags and labels attached, and additional 14 days to ship the package to us by submitting evidence that you handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. 
  3. Upon receiving the returned goods, immediately but no later than after 14 days, we will exchange your product, issue you credit or refund the payment. 
  4. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
  5. Items that have not been returned in their original packaging, with tags and labels missing or have been worn/washed will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. We also cannot accept any faulty returns if the care instructions have not been followed.
  6. If the product is custom-made specifically according to your requests, such products cannot be returned.



  1. The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery. However, the online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
  2. Wherever possible we will endeavour to replace items that have been received with factory faults, we will not be able to replace any items that have not been cared for properly by following the care instructions or faults caused by wearing the item or treating the item badly.
  3. You must notify us of any factory faults within 14 days of receiving the item. The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing Faults will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
  4. If we have oversold an item or have sold an item that does not meet the requirements, or if we have sold an item that does not match the description (for example a photo not matching an item description) we will refund the cost of your item.
